Does it keep the image from stretching weird?
Scale by percentage and both dimensions move together automatically. Type exact width and height instead if you want full manual control, distortion included.
What formats does it accept?
PNG, JPEG, and WebP, and it outputs the same set.
Does this upload my files anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Files never leave your device, there's no server to send them to, and no account or log.
